The bus gets in at 20:55\u00a0PM usually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is suggested to call a taxi before arrival to reach the hostel from the bus stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A local bus transportation is great way to reah other destination once you are at our hostel. You can find out more about getting to Forillon National Park, Gasp\u00e9, Perc\u00e9, or other destinations by visiting MONREGIM\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Don\u2019t hesitate to contact us regarding any questions you may have. The hostel is open from mid of may to mid october. You can reach us year-round via e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Here at Hostel Griffon Aventure, we are always looking for volunteers. Our unique hostel offers accommodations made out of recycled wood and welcomes visitors primarily from Canada and Europe. Our reception building, which also houses the kitchen and hostel bar, is absolutely one of a kind. Combining a closeness with nature and an intimate ambiance, it\u2019s the perfect place to strike up a conversation and get to know new people. We also offer unique activities like canyoneering and fishing in the Gulf of St Lawrence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our volunteers can get involved in a variety of different ways: working at the reception, doing maintenance and housekeeping work, etc. Flexibility is preferable, but if you have a talent or passion for something more specific like painting, woodworking, teaching yoga etc., let us know! We\u2019ll do our best to find a way for you to put your skills to use. You\u2019ll enjoy working with a friendly staff in a relaxed and fun environment. In exchange for work, our volunteers receive free room and board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We give priority to volunteers who can stay for a longer period of time (2 months or more). All our volunteers can participate in the activities at the hostel free of charge. We encourage and reward volunteers who show initiative and are actively engaged in the community. If you would like to work with the public, at the bar or at reception for example, the ability to communicate in both French and English is a must.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
